Shipping information:

Your order will be shipped within 48 hours from the time of purchase Monday thru Friday via USPS Priority Mail. Weekend orders will be shipped by 3 p.m. (CST) the following Monday. Orders will typically take 3 to 4 business days to arrive to most locations after they are shipped.

Custom orders and back orders will be shipped as soon as items are received by Thirteen Gems. In this case, you can expect the item to be shipped within 7-14 days from date ordered.

For orders that are over $100.00, shipping is FREE (cost will be taken care of by Thirteen Gems). All other orders shipped in the US will have a flat rate depending on dollar amount of purchase for shipping & handling that will be automatically added to your order upon paying with pay pal.

Shipping to United States and Canada only at this time. 

Return policy

Your happiness is my utmost concern. If for some reason you are not happy with the item you receive, you may return it to me.

Returns must be made within the first 14 days of purchase and will be refunded in full as long as the product is in its original condition with the original invoice. Please include the  reason for return. You must send the package postage paid when returning an item.

NO RETURNS ON ANY PERSONALIZED ITEMS. IF YOU FEEL THAT YOU SHOULD BE GIVEN A RETURN ON A PERSONALIZED ITEM, CONTACT ME FOR FURTHER COMMUNICATION.
